Returns & Exchanges

At MorArt, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items such as fudge)

  • Personal care products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges

  • If an item is faulty, we will cover return shipping

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for faulty goods in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
